Why Saltwater Chlorination?
It is healthier. Irritation to eyes and ears is eliminated. Unpleasant
taste and odour is greatly reduced. No more expensive & hazardous
chlorine. Fully automatic chlorination.
Electrolytic Cells
The Electrolytic Cell has two titanium mesh plates separated by insulators.
The anode plate has a precious metal oxide coating which creates the
electrolysis process.
The cell case housing is constructed of clear PVC to enable the chlorine
manufacture to be visible while operating.

Auto Cleaning Electrolytic Cells
The Electrolytic Cell has two precious metal oxide
coated titanium anode plates separated by insulators. A reversing DC
voltage is applied to the cell and chlorine gas is produced without
any calcium build up on the plates. These cells require no maintenance
and have a clear cell case to enable the chlorine manufacture to be
visible while operating.

How Does It Work?
Salt is added to the pool water. After the salt is completely dissolved,
your pool or spa water should read approx 0.6% salt content. (Sea water
is 3.5%)
The slightly salinated water then passes through the electrolytic cell
and this produces chlorine gas, which prevents algae and purifies the
pool or spa.
Salt is only lost by rain overflow, splash out or filter backwashing.
Experience has shown that about 6 bags (150kg) of salt per year is required
to maintain adequate salt level, for an average size pool.
Providing pool chemistry is maintained at the correct levels, no powder
or liquid chlorine should be added.
